2025 Nonprofit Policy Impact Hub

Resource hub for MACC network members and nonprofit human-serving organizations. 

The Trump Administration has and will continue to enact legislation and executive orders that deeply impact our member organizations and the communities they serve. The purpose of this hub is to bring together resources from across different places and spaces to create one central hub where our network can come to find tools to help us as a collective adapt to the rapid changes in our political, economic, and social environment.

Protect Public Service Loan Forgiveness

The U.S. Department of Education proposed a new rule on August 18 to unlawfully limit which charitable nonprofits qualify as eligible employers under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program (PSLF). The change is open to public comment through September 17th, 2025.
