Information Technology

MACC’s information technology services provide the best value in managed technology for nonprofits. We’ll keep your technology working and your team productive so you can focus on your mission, not your hardware.

Members gain access to the scalability and buying power of the collaborative. We are able to negotiate on behalf of more than 800 users for rates on services, software, and hardware.

  • We support members by facilitating their technology road map, evaluating the organization’s needs, leading the planning process for financial investment and implementation and managing the vendor relationship with a third party technology provider.
  • Through our information technology user group, members have access to like-minded individuals and organizations for idea generation, best practice development, and problem resolution.
  • On the occasions members do need support to resolve problems, they have access to help desk support and experience reduced response time and down time.
  • Technology impacts each aspect of delivering results against your mission. In today’s fast paced and ever changing nonprofit sector, we are the partner members need.

What members are saying…

“Working with MACC’s Information Technology services brings a level of reliability and confidence for our day-to-day operations we did not have before. Prior to this partnership our technology equipment and infrastructure was just not very reliable. It’s nice to know we have the stability needed to research best practices online, complete RFPs for funding, gather data and access that data when needed for outcomes reporting to funders and others. I also participate in the IT User Group with other MACC members and it’s nice to have that group as resource, but also to have the opportunity to give input on our agency’s individual IT needs. Often our needs align with others and this helps in prioritizing upgrades. We all sense the reduced down time we have due to server and software issues, and that makes us more productive.”
